Our HR Support Centre (HRSC) is tailored to support your employment. The HRSC is aimed to help make contact with HR and Payroll easier. Through this portal, you will be able to:
- Request help or support from HR using the ticketing system
- Browse articles and information relevant to your employment with us

How to Login
To access most articles, you will need to be logged in.
Part 1
Create your account with the following steps (if you have already done this, skip ahead to Part 2).
- Around your start date, you will receive an invitation via email to set-up an account; click the link in the email
- Follow the prompts to set up your account
- We recommend adding this website to your favourites

Your Help Centre
The first place to find answers to HR and Payroll questions should be on your landing page when you log-in. This is where you can find relevant news, articles, policies and guidance documents. We recommend having a browse through this help centre whenever you have questions or concerns relating to your employment.

The Search bar
You can use this to search for the help you require - search key-words or phrases, and articles/documents will appear for you to digest.
The HR Support Centre search bar also has automated AI responses; however, we always recommend checking the article source if using this feature to answer your questions.

Recommended Information
These are the boxes that appear under the page header & search bar when you log-in. These boxes categorise the information in our HRSC - simply click on the box to be taken to relevant information.

Promoted Articles
This section provides links to articles we would like to encourage you to read, including our HR Newsletter which gets published every 1-2 months!

Community
Scroll down past “Promoted Articles” on the home page, and you will find this section - a Community-driven bulletin board that allows users to post ideas and questions that all users can interact with:
- Click on ‘Join the Conversation’
- To make a new Suggestion or Discussion, select ‘New Post’

To view or comment on existing posts, select either ‘General Discussion’ or ‘Make a suggestion’
Your Ticketing System
The best way to find a solution to your question is in the Help Centre section. But if you have no luck there, you can lodge a ticket. This ticket will be automatically assigned to HR and will be responded to within 48 hours.
There are 2 ways you can lodge a ticket:

Email hr@jonassoftware.com.au (easiest method)
- When you send the email, you will receive an automated message saying your ticket has been received.

Lodge a ticket in the HRSC portal
- Log in to the HRSC
- Click on ‘Submit a request’ in the top right corner of your screen - follow prompts
- Choose the relevant category related to your issue from the dropdown menu
- Complete the ‘Submit a request’ form

Press ‘Submit’
Your Account
In the top right of your screen, click on your name and select an option:
- Requests: An overview of all your lodged tickets and their status
- Profile: You can edit your profile and add a profile photo
- Activities: Shows your recent activity including comments and posts, and shows your followings (you can follow posts, articles, topics, etc.)

Change Password: This one is self explanatory!
